Welcome to the new JD McCormick Properties! We’re the same great company, but with a whole new look! We have been working hard with Zebradog, a fantastic Madison based company, to build a fresh, interactive website that is more user friendly for those searching for a new place to call home. Some of these new features allow us to include virtual 3D tours, unlimited pictures, more detailed information about our portfolio that allows you to have a more interactive experience and of course this blog. We are so happy with the re-branding and website design they have helped create for us and are excited at being able to better engage with our current and future residents both locally and anywhere in the world.

JD McCormick Company was started approximately 10 years ago with a focus on new development and revitalizing older buildings. What started out as a few little locations has turned into 28 residential buildings/communities in the Madison & Lake Country area and 18 commercial spaces. We can’t wait to see what the future brings for us as we continue to grow and look forward to helping you with your residential and commercial needs!
